背景 Background

「發明創意知多少」於去年展開，

共分兩個階段。

The “Inventors’ Millennium Vision

was launched last year. It comprises of two

phases.

第一階段 - 「20世紀最受港人歡迎發明」選舉

First phase - “The Most Popular Inventions in the

20th Century Among Hong Kong People”

第二階段 -「21世紀你最期待的發明」創新意

念有獎比賽。

Second phase - Competition on “The Most Wanted

Inventions in the 21st Century”

第一階段

First Phrase

「20世紀最受港人歡迎發明」選舉

選出十件最受歡迎發明品，已於本(2000)年初完結。

“The Most Popular Inventions in the 20th Century

Among Hong Kong People” ended at the beginning

of the year. Top ten inventions were selected.

Review

20世紀最受港人歡迎的十件發明品，

依次為：

電腦 (computer)、手提電話(mobile phone)、

飛機(aircraft)、電視(television)、冷氣機(air-conditioner) 、人造衛星(satellite)、電冰箱(electric refrigerator)、火箭(rocket)、纖維光學(fibre-optics) 及微型晶片(silicon chip)

「21世紀你最期待的發明」

創新意念有獎比賽

目的 Objective

� 鼓勵市民發揮無限創意，提出現實生活上

的新意念，作為 21世紀市場發展的指引。

To stimulate the creativity of the HK people and express their desires for new inventions in the coming century.

� 引導市民對發明產生興趣，並提高大眾的

保護知識產權意識。

Enhance the public’s interest in inventions and their awareness in the importance of intellectual property rights.

參賽辦法及獎品

初賽 - 參選期 (2000年 11月23日至 2001年1月31日)

Preliminary Stage

揀選一個組別，以200字寫出誘發構思候選作品的原因及新構思如何改善目前生活上不足之處。

Select one category and in 200 words, write a short description on your innovative idea.

評審團從每組選出10件作品進入複賽，50件入選

作品的參賽者各得公司禮券港幣五百元。

50 articles will be short-listed to enter the final stage. Selected participants will receive a gift coupon of HK$500.

複賽 -投票期 (2001年 4月至 5月) Final Stage

2001年3月公佈 50件入選作品並印發投票表格供市民投票。每組獲票數最多的作品及「21世紀我最期待的發明」至尊大獎，參賽者將獲贈價值不少於一萬元的名貴禮品。而每組投中獲獎的作品而又被抽中的市民各得公司禮券港幣二千元。

50 short-listed articles for a public voting between April and May 2001. Winners of each category and the overall champion will receive a prize not less than HK$10,000. Voters for the winning entries in each category may also win a gift coupon of HK$2,000.

詳情將於2001年3月再作公佈。

Details for this stage will be announced in March 2001.

為了讓每天都要乘搭長途車上下班的人仕可在 20

車廂內爭取時間休息，我期望可以發明一張方 40

便攜帶，摺疊起來只有銀包大小的膠墊。令到 60

上班一族於上下班乘車時，可將膠墊鋪在椅上 80

，它就會隨空間大小、用者體溫而改變形狀及 100

溫度，讓用者舒適地睡覺。該膠墊可同時具有 120

聲音過濾功能，把某些聲音隔開，例如其他乘 140

客打電話及巴士上電台廣播的聲音等。 160

代替燃料汽車的交通工具

科技發達，人類生活得以改善，但同時亦造成 20

嚴重的空氣污染，這都是由汽車不斷增加所引 40

發的。因此，我期待在本世紀發明一種不用燃 60

油，只用電力來推動的交通工具，一種可在含 80

磁性的道路上凌空向前滑行的磁浮飛行器 (簡 100

稱「磁浮」)，不但可消除大量汽車所造成的廢 120

氣和噪音，亦可使人類在清潔、寧靜的環境中 140

安居樂業。人類的健康生活將更有保障。 160

防飢餓全營養替代丸

人類不能不吃，在自然界找食物並不容易，大 20

自然亦會影響計劃生產，飢餓仍然存於世上。 40
